[UPDATE] Concerning the continuing delay of Japan Post’s International Delivery by Typhoon Jebi.

On Wednesday October 3rd, Japan Post has updated their current situation of their delivery delay on their Japanese Website caused by the Typhoon Jebi hit the Kansai International Airport on September 4th. 

"Concerning international mail and Yu Global Express (UGX), we are transferring all of them to other international airports in Japan, and items sent out from the following regions are still on hold in the Kansai International Airport. There is a possibility that delivery may delay and we ask your patience. We appreciate your understanding as we thank you." 

 

We are very sorry for the situation is causing the delays on some of our customers' purchases and nothing we can do about this but only give you more updates from Japan Post. Please track your package with the tracking # you have from time to time and see how the situation is improved.
