The Sound Lock Seed Series encompasses the Candy Toy and Gashapon releases of Lock Seeds for Kamen Rider Gaim! The Sound Lock Seed Series also brings us more Legend Rider Lock Seeds! This is the Kabuto Lock Seed from the Gashapon Capsule Lock Seed 08 set. Unlike the DX Lock Seeds, these work completely off the large button. Click once to hear the unlock sound and the announcement of the name. Press again to hear the transformation sound. The third press can be done once, twice, or three times to activate the three different attacks or phrases from the featured Legend Riders.

Candy Toy and Capsule Lock Seeds do not have a spring gimmick, and simply fall open when forced. This Sound Lockseeds also contain LEDs inside and are rare light & sound gimmick toys.
Candy Toy and Capsule Lock Seeds are activated solely on one button on the back. Because of this, the Sengoku Driver is NOT necessary for full play value. All sounds can easily be activated without it.
