DHL Service Available Now for Our Australian & Canadian Customers (2021/01/24)

In the pandemic situation we all are in right now, we sincerely hope you, your family and friends are doing okay. 

We would like to thank you for being patient with the continuing Japan Post situation and it has been nearly one year now since they limited accepting our international packages and we came to a point to ship our items by DHL for the customers in Australia and Canada effecting from 2021/01/24. The On-Hold service (Delivery On Hold / COVID-19 / Ship By AIRMAIL ) for our Australian and Canadian customers goes on hiatus until the COVID-19 pandemic situation ceases and Japan Post reopens for these countries. 

Before you use our DHL services for Australia and Canada, there are couple of things you need to be aware:

  1. DHL shipping fee is higher than Japan Post service since it is a courier owned by a private company or an international parcel delivery service. Not like International Postal Service, it has their own cargo jets and delivery facilities and personnels and still can delivery your package overseas in the pandemic while Japan Post can not. 

  2. DHL requires a redelivery charge if you do not have your correct shipping address. please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date. 

  3. Sending by not Japan Post, but DHL to your country, there will likely be more possibilities for you to meet VAT or importing taxes by your authorities. And please note that it is not our obligation to pay for them but yours. Rejecting the package(s) or denying the taxes will likely cause the package(s) to be sent back to Japan and we will do not refund the returned item(s). 



The Pandemic is widespread around the world and hurting its people and businesses (sadly, we are one of them too), as you may know. Our service should make you happy, and that is our goal. But the current situation is way beyond our control, and we have been trying our best to keep up with our faith and the service we provide. We are sorry for your order's delivery is very late at this time, but we sincerely hope this email enlightens you in a difficult situation like everyone else.
